• Another major cause of bone loss is an acidic diet. Why should your source of vitamin C contribute to bone loss? Instead of ascorbic acid, we use buffered vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate.

• Our vitamin D comes in the form used by the cell to enhance calcium absorption to maintain healthy bones – vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Many brands use precursors to this nutrient because they’re less expensive, hoping that the body will convert them efficiently to cholecalciferol.

• Our vitamin E is supplied as natural mixed tocopherols including beta, delta and gamma.
